A consultancy for ERP, CRM and business intelligence
Datalonia is a consultancy specialized in management systems and business intelligence. We implement ERP and CRM configured around each company's process, integrate their data and build the dashboards and reports the business is run on.
Some companies write to us because they work with spreadsheets and programs that do not talk to each other; others already have a system but cannot get reliable numbers out of it. We cover the whole path: from the system that records the data to the report the decision is made with.

So anyone in the organization can answer their own questions without waiting for someone else.

How we work
Three principles we apply to every project, on the management system and on the BI alike.
Clarity
We configure only what will actually be used, and every screen answers one specific question. If a field or a chart helps nobody decide anything, we take it out.
Rigor
The old data is reconciled before it is migrated, and the numbers match the system that produces them. If they do not match, they are not published.
Autonomy
We document what we build and train each role with its own use case, so the system and the reports can be maintained and evolved in-house.
What we do not do
Four limits we make clear before any project starts.
- We do not sell licences and we take no commission on any tool. You buy the licence yourself, straight from the vendor.
- We do not start projects that cannot be maintained in-house afterwards.
- We leave no black boxes: the model, the definitions and the calculations are documented and yours.
- We do not promise numbers that cannot be justified against the system that produces them.
